PPEA Bylaws
PPEA is governed by our club Bylaws. PPEA has revised our Bylaws again in 2004 to better comply with PHBA Rules.
Our Parliamentary Authority is Roberts Rules of Order, Newly Revised.
PPEA appreciates the help of Franklin Blackstone, Jr. A Certified Parliamentarian by the American Institute of Parliamentarians, and a lawyer with the Pittsburgh law firm of Goehring, Rutter & Boehm, Mr. Blackstone served to advise PPEA as both our attorney and our parliamentarian on the 2002 revison of our PPEA Bylaws, upon which our current revision is based.
