PPEA is a state Affiliate Palomino Association of the Palomino Horse Breeders of America, Inc. which is based in Tulsa, OK. PHBA registers solid-colored Palomino stallions, mares, and geldings which have papers from many breed associations, and non-papered geldings who qualify on color and conformation.

If you live in Pennsylvania,
or another state with no affiliate club such as Maryland or West
Virginia, be sure to write in PPEA as your state Affilliate
Palomino Association when you join PHBA!
If your Palomino horse does not qualify for PHBA registration (or if you want to get it double-registered by adding an additional Palomino registry), try the Palomino Horse Association. PHA is the oldest Palomino Registry and has a long history of activity in Pennsylvania!
