JOIN US!   PPEA is a Pennsylvania Affiliate Palomino Association (APA) of the Palomino Horse Breeders of America, Inc. (PHBA). Membership in PHBA is a required part of a voting PPEA membership. You also need a PHBA membership to be eligible to show in PHBA Horse Shows, and to join the PHBA Golden Trails riding program. PPEA also has Associate Memberships for those who are regular members in any other state affiliate, or those who are not members of PHBA. To join PPEA as a full Regular (voting) or Youth Member, you must live in Pennsylvania (or a state with no active APA, such as Maryland or West Virginia) make your application through BOTH the PHBA and PPEA. Go to the Links below and print out both the PPEA and the PHBA Membership Forms. 2.) VERY IMPORTANT STEP -- fill out the PPEA and PHBA forms completely. Be sure that PPEA is chosen as your Affiliate on your PHBA form. 3.) Mail your PPEA membership form & PPEA Club dues to PPEA at address (Irwin PA) on the PPEA form.       Mail your PHBA membership form & PHBA dues to PHBA at Tulsa, OK address on the PHBA form. PPEA Pennsylvania membership application: PPEA MEMBER/ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP FORM Print out and send to the PPEA Home Office (Irwin PA), with your PPEA club dues. PHBA national membership: PHBA MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION PPEA is ALREADY MARKED AS YOUR STATE AFFILIATE on the above form. Print this form out and send it to PHBA in Tulsa OK with your national dues.
