PPEA 2004 STALLION DONATION FORM This form is for the use of the stallion owner to donate a free stud service to the Pennsylvania Palomino Exhibitors Association Stallion Auction for the 2004 Breeding Season. The undersigned, being the owner of the stallion ____________________________________________, breed: _________________________________, registration number: ___________________________, hereby donates a free stud service to the Pennsylvania Palomino Exhibitors Association for its sale in the PPEA Stallion Auction and authorizes said Association, through its respective officers and/or committees to sell and assign this stud service for the sum of no less than $____________________, being one-half of the above stallion's advertised fee of $_______________________. Stallion owner agrees to read and follow all Rules of the PPEA Stallion Auction. PPEA shall notify stallion owner with the name and contact information of the purchasing mare owner when the above stud service is sold and paid for. Upon receipt of this information from PPEA, stallion owner agrees to promptly execute an appropriate breeding contract with the purchasing mare owner, with initial breeding to take place in 2004 and return privilege in 2004 or following season if mare does not settle.
