HAPPY NEWS!     WE ARE CHARTERED BY PHBA! On Saturday August 18, 2001 our PPEA President Norm Abbott received the official letter from the Palomino Horse Breeders of America, Inc. in Tulsa ­ the PHBA Executive Board has given the final approval to PPEA's application to have an active charter as a PHBA Affiliate Palomino Association! This is wonderful news!
